Returns & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. Unfortunately if we have already started making your order we will not be able to process the cancellation.



We want you to love your Clover & Co products but due to the custom/handmade nature of our products we can only offer a refund, exchange or replacement product on faulty products. This will be up to us to decide which is the best cause of action for all parties involved.

For faulty items - You must contact us within 2 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 14 days. 

Lost/Stolen Items:

Unfortunately, if your package is lost or stolen, this is out of our control so we cannot provide a new replacement product for you. We are happy to issue a credit note for half the product amount (excluding shipping).
